Gecko Ordering and Shipping Terms

Shipping:

Shipping and handling will be $50.00 more or less depending on your location. All geckos will be shipped next day in the lower 48 states with heat or cold packs as needed (unless weekend or holiday). Please call if otherwise. All boxes will be insulated and geckos will be in their own cups.

Payment:

All payments must be received before shipping. We accept PayPal, Personal CHECKS, CASHIER CHECKS, POSTAL MONEY ORDERS, MONEY ORDERS, AND TRADES. All geckos will be shipped immediately after payment has cleared.

Guarantee:

ALL GECKOS ARE GUARANTEED LIVE ARRIVAL. We are not responsible for mail service problems. All packages MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY A ADULT 18 YEARS OR OLDER, even if the postal service tells you that you do not have to in order for the guarantee to be honored.

DOA (Dead on arrival):

Fortunately this rarely happens, if this is the case, there must be several photos of the gecko e-mailed to us. No exceptions. We have shipped and received geckos all across the country and never had this issue, but just in case there will be a replacement gecko or geckos available, no refunds under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for the replacement order.
